This is a very interesting olive oil containing two types of Arbequina olis, One which is smoked with oak wood and one which is cold infused with fresh jalapeño its an awesome combination with a hit of spice and subtle smokeyness
Use this in Pastas, Pizzas and especially meats cooked on open fire or charcoal, the smokeyness of the oil is amazing with meats.
