This Olive Oil is excellent for daily use but the selection of olive varieties used in this blend - Picual, Hojiblanca and Picudo - have a high polyphenol, antioxidant and oleic acid content, making it ideal for high-temperature cooking. 
It is a great table oil and perfect for salad dressings, cooking and frying.
